Job Description

Receiving & Inventory Assistant - QuickBooks & AP/AR Experience Required We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving & Inventory Assistant to support our Receiving Department Manager and assist with day-to-day receiving, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and administrative responsibilities. This position will also cross-train with our Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Receiving Department Manager with all aspects of receiving and inventory management Receive parts and equipment into the database accurately Verify incoming shipments and ensure inventory counts are accurate Count, organize, and maintain parts and equipment inventory Work closely with mechanics and Service Technicians to distribute parts and equipment Assist with shipping equipment, inventory, and packages as needed Open boxes and inspect incoming parts and equipment Assist with purchasing and communicate with vendors Support Service Department operations and cross-train with Service Technicians Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records Assist with light filing and general administrative duties Work with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Use QuickBooks for applicable accounting and administrative functions
Qualifications:
3+ years of QuickBooks experience required Previous Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) experience required Receiving, inventory, purchasing, or parts-related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with inventory databases and performing data entry Ability to work effectively with vendors, Service Technicians Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting the department manager Must be comfortable with the physical requirements of the position, including opening boxes, kneeling, counting parts, and lifting 10-30 lbs.

Pay:
$19.00 - $27.68 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
