A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. Current and valid RN license Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Ability to scrub and circulate in cardiovascular operating room procedures Excellent critical thinking and communication skillsResponsibilities:
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, effective care during cardiovascular surgeries Prepare the OR, including equipment setup and sterility assurance Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after procedures Document all interventions and patient responses accurately Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring comfort and emotional support throughout surgical experiencesBenefits & Travel Perks:
