Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Ability to scrub and circulate in cardiovascular operating room procedures Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, effective care during cardiovascular surgeries Prepare the OR, including equipment setup and sterility assurance Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after procedures Document all interventions and patient responses accurately Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring comfort and emotional support throughout surgical experiences
