S_180015 Spherion is currently hiring a Supply Chain Equipment Tech for a large local hospital in Lafayette, LA. This 100% on-site role is an immediate opening for a dependable professional ready to support essential daily healthcare operations in a fast-paced medical environment.

Pay Rate:
$13.00 / hour
Schedule:
Full-time Night Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (5x8-Hour shifts) Rotating weekends & holidays required
Position Type:
12-Week Contract (Temp-to-Hire potential for the right candidate)
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, process, and distribute medical supplies and equipment to clinical departments.
Visually inspect incoming shipments and check bills of lading at the receiving area.
Maintain par levels, restock inventories, rotate stock, and assist with cycle counts.
Decontaminate reusable medical supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
Fulfill and deliver special delivery requests across hospital floors.
Perform general housekeeping duties within assigned supply and warehouse areas.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or stocking.
Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Flexibility to work fixed night shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.
