Position Summary Schedule:
Per-diem To inventory and replenish the assigned unit with medical/surgical supplies, patient linen, oxygen and associated supplies. Function as support person to these units.
Job Relationships:
Communicates and Collaborates with Nursing and Staff for their assigned units. Communicates and Collaborates with Materials Coordinator. Reports to CSR Manager.
Authority :
Attendant has the authority to Replenish use areas up to Pars and to adjust for spikes in products usage.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
1.) "Provides superior customer service to internal and external clients, customers, and patients as referenced in the Service Excellence Standards." Distribute clean linen. Receive medical/surgical products and replenish user are via the totes program. Inventory supply par level areas. Return for credit overstocked items to the proper location on a daily basis. Maintain supply area in a clean and orderly manner. Inventory and order medical gases as per par level. Act as a materials trouble-shooter coordinating delivers to requesters and by thinking and acting in a proactive manner. Monitor and replenish patient linen and soiled linen bags as needed in order to maintain a sufficient supply in the area. Respond to user requests for needed supplies and coordinating delivery of same to requester. Perform other duties as required by manager. B.

To CSR Manager and Coordinator Shipment Discrepancies. Completing assignments sheets daily and signing off.
Accountability:
Accurately inventorying user locations. Accountable for the timeliness of the transmission. Responsible for reporting to supervisor any unmet customer needs. Accountable for notifying nurse managers of any unmet needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
HS Diploma or Equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
Computer literate.
Minimum skills/abilities:
Communication skills Must be able to count and be detail oriented, neat and orderly.

$19.34- $28.74 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
