You'll be: Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming materials and shipments Verifying materials against purchase orders and packing slips Entering accurate receiving transactions into ERP/inventory management systems Labeling, identifying, and routing materials to appropriate locations Coordinating with Purchasing and Quality teams to resolve discrepancies Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits Organizing warehouse storage and ensuring proper material handling Operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely Preparing documentation and maintaining records related to receiving activities Supporting shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse operations Adhering to company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Possess 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or materials management Are familiar with ERP systems, inventory software, and barcode scanning equipment Can read shipping documentation, packing slips, and purchase orders Are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail Are able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day Preferably have forklift certification or previous forklift experience Have experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems (preferred) Understand inventory control and materials management processes Demonstrate strong communication skills and can work cross-functionally Are dependable, safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
