About Us Bertolino Foods is a family-owned food manufacturing and redistribution company based in Peabody, MA. We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team and help keep our inventory accurate, organized, and moving smoothly. What You'll Do Perform daily cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain product identification, location, and lot code accuracy Support FIFO rotation and organization across all storage locations Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, stand-up jack, forklift, scissor lift, etc.) Assist with monthly physical inventory counts Follow food safety practices (SQF, HACCP, GMP) and workplace safety regulations Work as part of a team to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Prior warehouse, inventory, or cycle count experience preferred Strong counting and math skills, with great attention to detail Comfortable using basic computer/inventory software (Microsoft Office a plus) Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments Experience with scissor lifts/high lifts a plus — no fear of heights Available for occasional overtime and weekend shifts Schedule Two schedules are available: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM, with flexibility to work Saturdays as needed and occasional Sundays. Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, with flexibility to work Saturdays as needed and occasional Sundays.
