Job Description

CoWorx is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to support a critical inventory clean-up and cataloguing project with a growing team in Warren, MA. This is a 10-12 week assignment ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and maintaining highly organized records.
Shift:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Resumes required
Responsibilities:
Identify and research stranded or unidentified inventory parts Match parts to the correct contracts within the company's system Catalog and enter legacy parts that are not currently in the system Analyze part characteristics to determine proper contract assignments Track inventory locations and maintain accurate identification records Help clean up and organize inventory data to eliminate unassigned or unidentified parts Support a larger inventory organization initiative in partnership with a consulting firm
Desired Background/Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Experience working with a CRM, ERP, or similar inventory management system Ability to analyze information and solve data discrepancies independently Comfortable working on computer-based projects for most of the day Must be a U.S. Citizen Must not hold dual citizenship Ability to work in an ITAR-regulated facility
