Fedco Seeds is hiring an order fulfillment line stocker. The line stocker works with the inventory and order fulfillment teams to ensure the filling of customers' orders primarily from a line-stocking perspective. They also pitch-in, as needed, with order fulfillment and shipping. This role is full time November to mid-April and part time the rest of year (2-3 days a week).

Job Responsibilities:

Keep the fulfillment line stocked and organized. Work closely with other Inventory and Order Fulfillment coordinators to maintain efficient flow of the fulfillment line. Ensure the stock line is set up for the busy fulfillment season. Troubleshoot inventory problems and areas of concern pertaining to the fulfillment line. Maintain an orderly and clean order fulfillment line with regular organization and cleaning tasks. Pull orders, as needed. Ship orders, as needed.

Required Skills:

Comfort and familiarity using computers, handheld scanners and multiple software programs. Ability to work efficiently and pleasantly in a team. Detail oriented with strong observation skills. Ability to do physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong positive attitude and ability to communicate.

Desired Skills:
