Overview Join our growing team as a 3rd Shift Inventory Associate, working full-time hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Fri.-Tues.) The Inventory Associate supports daily retail operations by receiving shipments, auditing stock, and entering data into state-mandated tracking systems. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires high accuracy and strict adherence to safety and compliance rules.

Key Responsibilities Receiving and Storing:

Unpack, inspect, and verify incoming cannabis deliveries against purchase orders, manifests, and invoices.

Inventory Tracking:

Log all product transfers, intake, and sales data using state seed-to-sale software (such as METRC) or point-of-sale systems (like Treez).

Auditing and Reconciliation:

Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts and audits to match physical stock with digital records.

Quality Control:

Monitor expiration dates, check for damaged goods or shortages, and rotate stock properly.

Organization:

Keep the vault, stockrooms, and fulfillment areas clean, secure, and well-organized.

Compliance:

Follow all state and local cannabis regulations, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
