Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Kitter to join their team. As a Kitter, you will be part of the Americas Operations department supporting production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st Shift What's the Job? Support production by accurately kit components according to work orders using barcode scanning technology. Identify and report discrepancies in the Bill of Material (BOM) to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform daily cycle counts and replenish shortages as components arrive late. Maintain organized storage locations and update visual management labels to reflect current work order status. Follow all safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Materials Department. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, materials, or manufacturing environment preferred. Working knowledge of MFG/PRO or similar MRP systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and barcode scanning equipment preferred.
