Job Description
Grow your career as a Operations Associate! This role provides a path for those with a knack for detail and interest in making an impact and is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of their location(s). The Operations Associate supports the store Leadership team by performing a variety of tasks, including inventory control, vendor management, daily paperwork and audits. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Learn what goes into a high-volume business with thorough and supportive training that empowers you towards operational excellence. Key Responsibilities in all applicable departments (C-Store, Subway, Food Service) Daily Paperwork, all departments, minimum of 3 days/week Cash handling and reconciliation BIAB utilization Fuel monitoring Merchandising Vendor management Lottery Grow sales and control waste in all categories Plan-O-Gram execution Audits PDI ReportingF Site Transaction Manager Utilizes financial tools and reporting Ordering and Inventory Control Maintaining organization of store inventory Timely execution of marketing materials Awareness of brand expectations in responsible areas Monitor Fresh Display cases Shrink control Monitor and adjust build to's Perform additional tasks as needed Qualifications and Requirements To be qualified, candidates must demonstrate an interest in personal and professional growth and be committed to operational excellence.
