Walinga USA is currently seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials within a warehouse or production facility. This role ensures that materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered to the appropriate locations in a timely manner. •This is NOT a job where you will be driving a fork-lift all day. If that is what you prefer to do, this is not the job for you. •

Principle Roles & Responsibilities:

Counting, storing, packing, and picking. Monitor incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, reporting discrepancies. Track and report all inventory movements. Dispose of and document damaged or defective goods. Assess inventory conditions for distribution purposes. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and keep aisles and receiving areas clear. Organize and arrange parts/units for satellite locations. Assist production with returns and other issues. Support year-end inventory activities. Move products in and out of the production area. Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory. Operate forklifts in compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.

Skill & Knowledge Requirements:

Organize and perform tasks across all departments. Follow safety standards and report unsafe conditions. Complete equipment inspections and logs. Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures. Use protective gear as required. Keep equipment and work areas safe and well-maintained. Participate in skill and safety training. Work independently or as part of a team. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Other Qualifications and Considerations:

High school diploma and one year of equivalent work experience Strong basic math skills Ability to read Computer literacy Decision making capability - problem solving Attain precise standards, follow work instructions Read and Interpret data Ability to work in fast pace work environment Ability to work independently and in a group

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb, walk, squat, kneel and perform above shoulder height activity. Lift from floor to waist up to 50 lbs. Lift from waist to shoulder up to 30lbs. Lift and above shoulder height up to 10 lbs. Work in all weather conditions. Ability to work with or around chemicals.
