Hour Schedule:

Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Average hours per week is 40 hours. Responsibilities:

Unload and unpack shipping trucks Ability to organize and prioritize incoming freight to efficiently and accurately receive inventory Examine shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages/overages Develop and execute claims on mis-ships and defective products Work with specialty shop managers and merchandisers to distribute items to correct backstock or the warehouse Assist merchandisers by attaching identification and price tags Operate motorized or non-motorized pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, backstock, or the warehouse Ability to navigate a personal computer (Google Suite, AS400, etc.) and a phone (inventory, pricing, receiving, etc.) Ability to work assigned schedule, which is typically Monday through Friday daytime hours, but may include some evening or weekend hours as needed

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree and/or 1-3 months of warehouse or freight receiving experience.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
