• Accurately Receive orders, Accurately Process and package outgoing shipments
• Attention to details is required.
• Assist customers in selecting firearms, ammunition, and accessories based on their needs.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized gun counter area to enhance the shopping experience.
• Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales to make sure the customer has been offered all items they may need. For greater customer experience. Qualifications
