Springfield, MO Shift:

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Starting Pay:

$20-$22/hr Watson Custom Tanks is seeking a reliable Inventory Control Clerk to support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring production runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Stock and organize incoming parts Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Pick orders for production Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed Support receiving department activities Maintain inventory levels in Syteline Follow all safety procedures and keep a clean work area Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year in forklift experience in a manufacturing setting preferred 1+ year of inventory or manufacturing experience preferred Strong math skills and attention to detail Experience with Syteline and Excel is a plus Ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively with team members Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally Must wear required PPE (steel toe boots, safety glasses) Why Watson Custom Tanks?
