Master Job Costing:
Accurately allocate materials, supplies, and inventory costs to specific jobs, work orders, and production projects in our ERP system.
Keep Data Crisp:
Review purchase orders, invoices, production reports, and packing slips to catch and resolve any costing or inventory discrepancies.
Support the
Warehouse Team:
Perform cycle count reconciliations, assist with month-end inventory valuations, and step in to help with shipping, receiving, or purchasing during peak times or absences.
Stay Hands-On:
Drive a forklift safely in the warehouse to inspect or move inventory as needed.
Streamline Documentation:
Scan, organize, and upload vital job-related records into our document management system to keep operations seamlessly connected.
