Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a pharmaceutical manufacturer who is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations at their Durham facility. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to open doors for future opportunities within a growing organization for a strong performer.
Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits. Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis. Process inventory transactions in SAP, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and stock movements. Reconcile physical inventory with system records and ensure data accuracy. Support annual physical inventories and warehouse organization initiatives. Monitor obsolete, excess, and expired inventory while maintaining proper material identification and storage. Partner with Warehouse, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality teams to improve inventory processes and material visibility. Assist with inventory reporting, process improvements, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or supply chain. cGMP experience is required. Experience using SAP in an inventory or warehouse environment. Strong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and work in a warehouse environment. #accentuate1

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
