Position Overview This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the inventory throughout the facility by means of researching PO discrepancies, adjusting inventory, analyzing system reports, generating summary reports, and other tactics. This position serves as the primary contact for all inventory inquiries. This position will work within the different functions of the Distribution Center and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the processes throughout the facility. Efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of processing are a requirement for this position. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As an Associate, Inventory Handling responsibilities and typical activities will include , but are not limited to the following: Responsible for Inventory Control activities including but not limited to: Cycle Counting and variance resolution, support shortage resolution, Identifying and resolving process/team/ individual accuracy issues. Responsible for all process audits including but not limited to: Outbound Carton Audits, Chute Audits, Cycle Count Audits, Put away Audits, Receiving and Outbound Audits. Observe safety and security procedural adherence: report unsafe condition/ acts, also operates power equipment safely. The job encounters recurring work situations of a routine nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Train individual team members, including associates who are being cross trained and new associates. Work with leadership on improving process flow and reporting. Maintain understanding of operations and willingness to be cross trained in all areas of the DC. Assist in other departmental responsibilities as needed. Essential duties are subject to change in order to keep up with new or expanding business models. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Dependability - responds to management direction and follows instructions well. Exceptional attendance and punctuality - Be on time. Follow-up/problem-solving skills, Proficient in basic math skills. Demonstrate accuracy and an ability to be thorough. Must have the proven ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures; written and verbal instruction and meet required schedules and/ or deadlines.

• Previous experience in a team-oriented environment with an emphasis on high volume, measurable performance and understanding of how individual performance affects others in a team environment. Thorough working knowledge of applicable PKMS and RF functions is necessary. Other duties as assigned.
