Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk and become a vital part of our supply chain operations! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control, and supporting efficient workflow processes. Your proactive approach will help streamline operations, optimize stock availability, and contribute to our overall logistics excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in inventory and workflow management, and data analytics, within a fast-paced environment committed to continuous improvement. Duties Process work orders by allocating stock and preparing them for project deployment. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, and opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with procurement teams to facilitate sourcing activities, negotiate supplier contracts, and optimize pricing strategies. Manage shipping & receiving operations, including materials handling and order fulfillment. Utilize analytics skills to improve inventory control processes, reduce excess stock, and enhance stocking strategies across categories. Skills Proficiency in computer skills. Above average interpersonal skills. Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with various procurement as well as multiple service departments. Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand planning and supply chain analytics. From $22.00 per hour
