Job Description
Position Summary Dive Winnipesaukee Corporation is looking for a dependable and organized Backroom Associate to support our daily inventory and stockroom operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining an efficient backroom by receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, preparing inventory for distribution, and ensuring products are stored accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Unload, sort, and label merchandise accurately. Stock inventory in designated storage areas following company procedures. Prepare products for replenishment and internal distribution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe backroom environment. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors. Assist with inventory counts and stock audits. Support team members with daily operational tasks as needed. Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous warehouse, stockroom, or retail experience is helpful but not required. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Basic organizational and time management skills.
