Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused team member to support front desk operations on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for guests and visitors, helping create a positive and efficient experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and providing dependable support to daily front office activities. Responsibilities Greet guests, visitors, and callers in a courteous and professional manner Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication appropriately Assist with reservations, scheduling, and general front desk administrative tasks Provide information about services, policies, and local area resources as needed Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area Process payments, verify information, and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations Support other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain professional, friendly, and composed in a busy environment Basic computer skills and comfort using standard office or front desk systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support varying schedules High school diploma or equivalent preferred What We Offer A supportive and team-oriented work environment Part-time scheduling with opportunities for growth Hands-on experience in a customer-facing role The opportunity to make a positive impression on every guest interaction Work Environment This position is based at the front desk and may require standing, sitting, and occasional light lifting.
