Job description: Quality Control & Rework Specialist We welcome candidates from the Home, Fashion, Apparel, and/or Accessories industry. We welcome recent college graduates. Position is based in the Warehouse located in Freehold, New Jersey We are seeking an initiative-taking and meticulous candidate with a focus on product damage handling and rework support. The role involves daily coordination of non-good product inventory, purchase order (PO) tracking, and return processes to ensure accurate inventory flow and timely issue resolution.

Job Summary:

Product Damage & Rework Track inventory. Communicate effectively with Corporate Office, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve issues. Assist in executing rework activities to restore inventory to shippable condition. Monitor rework status and report progress to Corporate Office. Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure damaged/reworked products meet customer and Corporate Office standards. Assist with standard operating procedures related to inventory and rework. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics preferred. Proficiency in Excel. Spanish speaking is a plus Familiarity with inventory systems preferred. Strong mindfulness, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Effective communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Preferred:

Experience with box damage or rework processes.
