Full-Time Company Overview Whizz is an innovative e-bike/e-moped subscription service catering to delivery drivers in the US. We partner with leading companies like DoorDash and Grubhub, offering affordable rental subscriptions to independent delivery workers. In just two years, Whizz has grown rapidly, managing a fleet of over 2,500 e-bikes, achieving a remarkable 250% year-over-year growth rate. Our mission is to manage the largest electric two-wheeler fleet in the US. Our dynamic team is expanding quickly, and we are looking for a leader to scale our inventory and asset tracking operations.
Key Responsibilities Asset tracking:
Manage the bike fleet lifecycle using GPS and AirTags, including Apple ID management and device configuration. Inventory audits & data accuracy: Run physical and system inventory counts for bikes, batteries, and parts, ensuring ERP data accuracy. Automation & reporting: Build and maintain tools such as Telegram bots and dashboards to monitor warehouse status and battery health.
Inventory transfers:
Coordinate and reconcile inventory movements between locations in the ERP system and report on results.
Process improvement:
Improve inventory counting and reconciliation methods to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
Team support:
Support mechanics and store admins by reviewing inspections, documenting issues, and advising on inventory procedures. Requirements Desired Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in inventory control Confident use of spreadsheets for tracking and basic data analysis Practical experience working with hardware and software systems (asset tracking, device management) Experience with physical and system audits to identify and resolve inventory issues Strong attention to detail and ability to keep inventory and documentation organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to help improve and document inventory and operational processes Benefits Paid Time Off , including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays 401(k) retirement plan Health Insurance (MEC Plan) with 100% covered preventive care and $0 deductible Collaborative work environment that values clear processes and practical use of automation tools Commute support available after the probation period
Compensation:
