DetailOverview:
A manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Inventory Clerk to manage spare parts, inventory accuracy, and material flow in support of maintenance and production operations. This position will help ensure critical parts are available when needed, minimize equipment downtime, and maintain an organized, compliant maintenance storeroom.
Job Duties:
Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and material availability to support equipment reliability.

Coordinate receiving, stocking, material movement, and inventory transactions within the maintenance storeroom.

Maintain accurate inventory records using CMMS and other inventory management tools.

Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.

Support maintenance planning through job kitting, parts staging, and CAPEX inventory management.

Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and efficient storeroom while providing responsive service to internal maintenance customers.

Follow established safety, food safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

Partner with maintenance and other operational teams to ensure materials are available to support daily activities and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.Experience in inventory control, storeroom operations, procurement, material management, or a related manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of inventory management and material control practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer applications.

Experience working with or learning CMMS/inventory management systems.

Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to safely stand, walk, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, temperature changes, and flour dust exposure.
