Hire Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, counting, moving, and maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the facility. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks, including frequent heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse using proper lifting techniques. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety. Accurately enter inventory transactions into inventory management systems. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other approved warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 75 pounds with assistance . Ability to frequently lift items weighing 50 pounds or more throughout the workday . Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks during an entire shift. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Preferred Skills Experience using inventory management software. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices. Experience working in high-volume distribution or warehouse environments. Working Conditions Fast-paced warehouse environment. Daily physical labor and material handling. Frequent lifting, carrying, stacking, and movement of inventory. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs. Wear required PPE at all times ( provided ) #Leadership123
