Job Description

SoPark Corporation, a contract electronics service provider supplying OEM's with printed circuit board and electromechanical assemblies, is looking for a self-motivated Inventory/Kitting Clerk to maintain the inventory area and supply production with material to join our team.
Position Summary:
Supplies manufacturing with materials to assemble products; stocks/issues material; maintains records of quantity, part number, job requirements and other related information by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates and prints daily work order picklist. Picks components required for the work order jobs. Restocks returned parts. Closes finished work orders. Identifies component shortages and completes proper documentation. Receives and stocks incoming materials per ISO procedures. Supplies miscellaneous shortages to production as necessary. Monitors and updates Holding Shelf Log to complete jobs when possible. Monitors and updates Shortage Log to complete work orders when possible. Enters data into the computer system as required. Cycle counts parts as required. Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical school; six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of accountability Organizational skills Physical requirements/
Essential Functions:
Regularly required to sit/stand/walk for extended periods Have good hand dexterity and ability to reach with hands/arms Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
