Rations Clerk Fort Drum Dining Facility is looking for hard working dependable inventory clerk. Some heavy lifting. Exp at restaurant or food service helpful but not required. Company can train accordingly .

Job Duties:

Keep accurate records of food inventory so everything is accounted for. Receive deliveries, check shipments against purchase orders, and ensure everything matches up. Organize and store supplies with care, rotating perishable items using FIFO methods. Distribute supplies quickly and efficiently to the right departments. Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers. Prepare clear inventory and usage reports for management. Work closely with vendors, kitchen staff, and internal teams to coordinate supply needs. Provide friendly, responsive service, answering questions and resolving issues with professionalism. Must have clean background to gain access on base Experience working in a food service, dining facility, or similar environment is a plus.
