Inventory Associate

Job Overview The Hang Productions is seeking a reliable and organized Inventory Associate to support daily inventory and operational activities. This role involves tracking merchandise, promotional materials, equipment, and supplies while ensuring accurate inventory records and organized storage operations. As a full-service music and entertainment company, The Hang Productions helps artists and entertainment brands grow through marketing, publicity, project management, and audience development strategies. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, organize, and track inventory, merchandise, and promotional materials Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Prepare items for shipping, events, campaigns, or distribution Assist with labeling, sorting, and packaging materials Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies Coordinate with operations and marketing teams regarding inventory needs Keep storage and work areas clean and organized Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous inventory, warehouse, or operations experience is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer and data entry knowledge Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move boxes or materials safely Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Pay:

$22.50 - $23.50 per hour
