Operations Associate

The Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of Ralph's Coffee. This role will also be supporting Ralph Lauren Retail operations. The primary focus of this position is receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product is properly stocked and available to customers. All team members are expected to act in accordance with Ralph Lauren Corporation policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive deliveries from vendors and internal distribution teams Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Scan and log inventory accurately into the inventory management system Unbox, label and organize incoming product in back of house storage areas Maintain inventory control Stock inventory on shelves and replenish the sales floor as needed Transport inventory from back of house to the sales floor efficiently and safely Ensure storage areas are clean, organized and compliant with company standards Communicate inventory discrepancies, damages or shortages to management Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

Previous retail, warehouse or operations experience preferred Available to work flexible hours including: Early Mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and or holidays Basic Math Skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25lbs Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic familiarity with inventory systems or willingness to learn
