Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Job description: We are looking for individual who is energetic, friendly , reliable , with retail and accounting experience. Retail experience is required. Must learn POS system and willing and able to work at cash register as needed. We are Mobil Gas Station located on 298 Titusville Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY. Responsibilities include cost accounting, retail and margins. Checking deliveries. Scan and enter vendor invoices into back office software system. Manage inventory, Vendor paid outs, billing, banking, Accounts , keeping records of fuel deliveries, vendor deliveries, lotto reports, daily shift reports, credit cards, payroll. Monitor inventory inventory through Audit procedures, audit cashier daily reports. We will provide paid training in back office system. Quick Books experience will be highly preferred.
