This is a hands-on role that is a good fit for someone with warehouse, inventory, picking, receiving, or material handling experience. What You'll Do Monitor inventory bins and work areas to identify items that need to be restocked. Organize cabinets and remove expired or outdated materials. Receive shipments and restock production areas. Verify, label, and organize incoming inventory. Use scanners and inventory systems to track materials and place replenishment orders. Communicate inventory issues and urgent part needs to the appropriate teams. Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized. Work independently and as part of a team. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, material handling, picking, receiving, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Comfortable using scanners, inventory systems, and basic Microsoft Office. Good communication and customer service skills. Reliable and able to work independently. Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. Experience with JIT, VMI, 3PL, or aerospace is a plus.
