Job Title:

Shipping/Receiving Position Summary The Shipping/Receiving Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse, parts, and shop operations through safe material handling, accurate inventory control, and efficient movement of equipment and vehicles. This role ensures incoming and outgoing products are handled correctly, inventory is maintained accurately, and the shop operates smoothly. Must be familiar and ok with doing paperwork as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment Receive incoming shipments and inspect products for accuracy and damage Maintain accurate inventory by ensuring products are ordered as needed and properly entered into the system upon receipt Organize, store, and label materials and parts correctly to maintain an orderly warehouse Pick and deliver parts and products Ensure product integrity and promptly report any discrepancies or damage to a supervisor Package products securely with accurate shipping documentation Inspect vehicles for damage upon receipt and document findings Move vehicles within the facility and yard to support production needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications and Requirements Ability to read and accurately follow instructions Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Must be able to work in a shop environment with exposure to varying temperatures Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Working Conditions Work is performed both indoors and outdoors Exposure to machinery, moving parts, and production equipment Frequent interaction with moving vehicles, including trucks and vans Work environment may include noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
