As a Inventory Control Associate you will: Performs cycle at the beginning of every month to ensure inventory accuracy, and security of company's merchandise. Follows company's scanning policy, and reports all discrepancies to management. Investigates all unallocated merchandise. Ensures all IST's and transfers are done properly. Verifies all customer pick-ups are picked and finalized correctly. Trains all warehouse, when needed, to properly locating merchandise to reduce inaccuracy. Prepares reports recording accuracy and recovery of all inventory. Investigates shortages of inventory and recommends measures to be implemented to prevent shortages. Reports all scanned short and scanned sold to inventory manager to resolve incorrect merchandise. Reports all damaged merchandise to management including pictures for security. Accept responsibility for safety and security of all company property in assigned area. Maintain equipment and work area is in clean and orderly condition. Maintains records and files in an orderly condition. Perform duties in accordance with company's safety rules and operating regulations and practices. Report any unsafe conditions or practices. Undertake and support any policy, change, system or work rules the company implements regarding the purpose of this position. Must be able to left, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds. Must be able to sit/stand for an eight hour shift. Education and Experience:
