Material Coordinator

AWS/CES is looking for a material coordinator for our automotive manufacturing client

Location:

Findlay, Ohio Pay rate: $50k-$53k salary base

DOE Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

What You'll Do:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using system reports each shift Investigate and enter inventory discrepancies while maintaining proper documentation Perform cycle counts and support plant-wide inventory activities Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including expediting as needed Follow min/max inventory processes and report any shortages or risks Communicate supply issues with vendors and escalate risks internally Pull and stage inventory to support production needs Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

Associate degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in materials, inventory, or manufacturing (automotive or JIT preferred) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail, communication, and follow-through Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidential information Send your resume to carmen@canadianexecutivesearch.com CESDH
