Job Description

Are you a warehouse pro who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a sharp, safety-first Supply Chain Associate to join our manufacturing team. If inventory accuracy, ERP systems, and forklift operation are your strengths — we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be at the heart of our warehouse and supply chain operations — keeping inventory accurate, materials moving, and processes sharp. Day to day, you'll: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout your shift Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas — warehouses, point-of-use, non-conforming, experimental, and supply inventories Organize warehouse storage locations to optimize efficiency, space utilization, and FIFO consumption Receive and verify incoming raw materials, components, and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to keep our numbers tight and production running on time Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP/MRP system Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and receiving issues quickly Maintain accurate documentation to support quality receipt of products Assist team members with daily operational tasks and project coordination as needed Apply knowledge of shipping and receiving practices for loading and unloading various carrier types Handle transportation documentation, labeling, packaging, and shipping materials Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Perform other projects and/or responsibilities as required to support business goals and objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of hands-on warehousing experience, including safe forklift operation and FIFO systems Intermediate computer skills for data entry and report generation (MS Office, barcode systems, ERP). Expert warehouse knowledge with sharp attention to detail — you catch discrepancies before they become problems A true team communicator — you keep people informed, collaborate across shifts, and make the whole team stronger A continuous improvement mindset — you don't just spot problems, you help solve them High school diploma or equivalent required Must be eligible for required US government export authorizations (ITAR/EAR compliance)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is an active, hands-on role. You'll be on your feet most of the day in a manufacturing environment.
You should be able to:
lift up to 50 lbs frequently, stand and walk for most of an 8-10 hour shift, and operate a forklift for extended periods. Accommodations are available for qualified individuals.
