About Us Rated Rips is a fast-growing, family-run sports card consignment company specializing in high-volume trading card sales across major online marketplaces. We handle everything from intake to photography, listing, fulfillment, and customer service. Our operation is process-driven, detail-focused, and built around accuracy and consistency. We're hiring a Part-Time Inventory Imaging Associate to support our card imaging workflow. This role is critical to our listing quality and customer trust. What You'll Do Card Photography & Imaging Photograph sports and TCG trading cards using our standardized setup Remove cards from sleeves/top loaders carefully for quality-control photos when required Capture front/back images with consistent lighting, alignment, and clarity Follow strict photo SOPs and naming conventions Ensure images match SKU and inventory workflow sheets Re-sleeve and re-protect cards after imaging Maintain a clean, organized photo station What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and highly consistent Comfortable handling valuable collectibles with care Steady hands and good visual judgment Able to follow repeatable step-by-step processes Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently Proficient with common workplace technology, including project management and time-tracking platforms (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Excel, email, Monday.com, and HeyStack) Strong Plus (Not Required) Experience photographing cards, coins, comics, or collectibles Knowledge of sports cards or TCG products Experience with lightbox or product photography Prior work in collectibles, e-commerce, or inventory operations
