Kitting Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitting Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities :

Read and interpret work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and job routers to identify required components. Accurately collect and kit parts according to job specifications and production schedules. Verify part numbers, quantities, and lot numbers to ensure accuracy and traceability inside of Plex. Analyze any discrepancies found in inventory and make appropriate adjustments Label, bag, and package kits for delivery to appropriate departments or workstations. Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure inventory integrity. Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to purchasing manager. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counting, and stock replenishment as needed. Operate material handling equipment as needed Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production deadlines. Work in other areas as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience using an ERP system (Preferably Plex) Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or inventory environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn Team player Ability to drive Tow Motor Good administrative skills
