Job Description
Stocking Associate Position Summary The Stocking Associate is responsible for accurately stocking parts in designated warehouse locations, including the mezzanine area. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work on your feet for extended periods, and adherence to Honda's quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Stock parts onto shelves in the mezzanine and assigned warehouse areas Use an RF scanner to verify part numbers, quantities, and locations Transport parts using a mouse cart or stocking cart Ensure inventory is placed in the correct location and properly organized Maintain accuracy and productivity in accordance with Honda standards Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures Assist in other warehouse functions as needed Equipment & Tools RF Scanner Mouse cart / stocking cart Opportunity for training and certification on powered equipment, including: Tugger OPR (Order Picker) Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours or more per shift Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and climbing stairs (mezzanine access) Ability to push carts and handle parts safely Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to accurately scan and stock inventory Dependable with strong work ethic Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations Willingness to train on additional equipment
