This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working on a computer, and attentive to details. What you'll do Track inventory and help reconcile physical counts with system records. Prepare, verify, label, and package orders for pickup or transport. Check orders for accuracy before they leave the facility. Maintain clear records in our inventory systems, including METRC. Flag discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them. Keep inventory and fulfillment areas clean and organized. Assist Inventory Manager with other tasks and duties as needed. What we're looking for Strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through. Comfort with data entry, spreadsheets, and learning new software. Ability to stay organized while handling multiple orders and deadlines. Good communication and teamwork. Inventory, warehouse, order fulfillment, or cannabis industry experience is helpful, but not required.
