We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk II to support inventory operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material movement, and ensuring production and customer orders are supplied efficiently. This position plays a key role in inventory accuracy and warehouse organization within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Enter received inventory into the inventory management system Receive, organize, and store inventory in designated locations Perform daily cycle counts and assist with quarterly physical inventory Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory control processes Investigate and document inventory discrepancies Pull and stage materials for production and customer orders Assist with inventory tracking and reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production scheduling by staging materials as needed Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-3 years of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience preferred Previous forklift experience required Experience with inventory control and cycle counting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic math and computer skills Experience with Microsoft Office Experience with inventory management software (Visual Manufacturing preferred) Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
