Location:

Hillsboro, OR We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory and Kits Associate to join our warehouse team for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM•11:30 PM). In this role, you will be responsible for receiving inventory, unboxing and splitting manufacturer tool kits, scanning items into our system, and organizing stock into exact warehouse locations. Key Responsibilities Kit Breakdown (De-Kitting): Receive and unbox bulk manufacturer tool shipments, carefully splitting kits into individual tool components and accessories.

Inventory Scanning:

Scan all incoming items using barcode scanners to ensure accurate data entry into our inventory system.

Product Prep & Bagging:

Inspect, bag, and prep individual tools and components to protect them and get them ready for online order fulfillment.

Stock Placement:

Put processed items away into designated bin locations and warehouse positions with high accuracy.

Workspace Maintenance:

Keep the processing and packing areas clean, organized, and free of cardboard and packaging debris. Requirements & Qualifications Attention to

Detail:

High accuracy is essential when scanning and sorting specific tool models and part numbers.

Reliability:

Punctual and dependable attendance for the 3 PM to 11:30 PM shift.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Tech-Comfortable:

Basic familiarity with warehouse scanners, computers, or inventory software. Previous warehouse, stocking, or shipping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
