Suite F, Portland, OR Pay:

$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Preroll Packager to join our production team in Portland. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring products are packaged and labeled correctly, and keeping our records compliant and up to date. Responsibilities Verify that all product stickers and labels are accurate, properly applied, and meet required standards. Accurately count and verify all 30-pack preroll boxes. Maintain accurate inventory counts throughout the packaging process. Enter, review, and maintain inventory information accurately in METRC. Ensure packaged products are properly accounted for and recorded. Identify and report inventory discrepancies or labeling issues. Follow established packaging, inventory, and compliance procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Work carefully and consistently in a detail-focused production environment. Qualifications Previous METRC experience is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable and punctual. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Comfortable working with inventory counts and record keeping. Ability to follow written procedures and company standards. Strong organizational skills. Previous cannabis industry or packaging experience is preferred. Compensation $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in doing things correctly the first time. Accuracy is extremely important in this position, particularly when it comes to labeling, counting, inventory management, and METRC records.
