We design and manufacture custom shipping crates, industrial packaging, and protective solutions for customers in a variety of industries. Pacific Contractor Supply is a locally owned construction supply distributor that has been serving customers throughout the Pacific Northwest for 5 years. We supply erosion control materials, geo-textiles, safety supplies, tools and consumables for the building trades. As our companies continues to grow, we are looking to add dependable, customer-focused individuals to our team. This position supports both Albany Box Company and Pacific Contractor Supply. We are willing to train the right candidate, but applicants should have strong customer service skills, basic computer abilities, and the ability to work accurately with product information, inventory, and customer orders. Position Summary Customer Service & Counter Sales Associates assist customers at our walk-in sales counter, process orders, pull products from inventory, and help load customer vehicles. This position combines customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, and forklift operation to ensure customers receive accurate orders and excellent service.
