  • 27|Hour | Monday-Friday We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to join our warehouse and distribution team in Conshohocken, PA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience who enjoys working in an organized work environment. What You'll Do
  • Receive, unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments
  • Sort, count, label, package and stock inventory
  • Pick and pack finished goods for daily shipping
  • Prepare and load outgoing orders
  • Support cold-chain shipping and related preparation
  • Pull inventory and materials for production
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Operate pallet jacks and dollies
  • Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrect shipments
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
  • Follow company safety, quality and regulatory procedures What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping|receiving or inventory control experience preferred
  • Biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device experience is a plus
  • ERP|MRP experience such as QAD preferred
  • Ability to regularly lift|move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to pass required background screening Join a professional team where you'll play an important role in keeping inventory organized, orders accurate and daily shipments moving efficiently.
