Our designer vintage and contemporary furniture company is growing, and we are looking for a detailed, process-oriented Inventory Auditor to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory accuracy, spending your days performing continuous cycle counts, verifying product locations, and ensuring our high-end furniture stock matches our system data. You will work directly alongside our Inventory Control Specialist to maintain clear, reliable warehouse records and continuously improve our auditing processes. Key Responsibilities Cycle Counting & Auditing:

Perform daily, ongoing physical counts of vintage and contemporary furniture stock to ensure strict inventory accuracy.

Location Management:

Verify that item locations, status tags, and quantities match system records; update records immediately when discrepancies occur.

Process Improvement:

Partner with the General Manager & Inventory Control Specialist to refine counting workflows, identify variance patterns, and streamline warehouse organization.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate material handling equipment—including forklifts, scissor lifts, and tall ladder setups—to count items stored in high-bay warehouse areas.

Collaboration:

Maintain proactive, positive communication with warehouse team members, logistics staff, and inventory management to support overall operational goals.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Environment:

Work is performed in an industrial warehouse setting that is not temperature-controlled (expects exposure to seasonal cold and heat) and contains typical warehouse dust and dirt.

Heights & Equipment:

Must be comfortable working at heights using tall ladders, scissor lifts, and operating forklifts safely.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs or move furniture items throughout a standard 8-hour shift. This will be a physically demanding role. Qualifications & Skills Strong affinity for numbers, data accuracy, and systematic routine counting. High attention to detail with an analytical approach to spot minor inventory variances. Dependable, positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset. Computer literacy and ability to learn software and/or use AI assistance to input and analyze data. Prior experience in warehouse inventory, cycle counting, or forklift operation is preferred. Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week on-site in Lebanon, PA. Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
