About the Position Per Lei and Stile by Per Lei are looking for a dependable and organized Boutique Inventory & Operations Associate to join our warehouse team. This is not a traditional warehouse environment. Our warehouse is the behind-the-scenes hub that keeps both Per Lei and Stile by Per Lei stocked with new arrivals. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion and retail but prefers working with merchandise, organization, and inventory rather than being on the sales floor. You will work under the supervision of our Buying Team to process incoming shipments and prepare merchandise for delivery to our store locations. No previous warehouse or inventory experience is required—we will train the right person. Accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Receive and open incoming merchandise shipments Check merchandise against packing slips Confirm that styles, colors, sizes, and quantities are correct Identify and report missing, incorrect, or damaged merchandise Attach prepared barcode labels and price tags to merchandise Sort merchandise according to its assigned store location Scan merchandise out for transfer to each boutique Fold, hang, and organize clothing and accessories with care Pack merchandise neatly and securely for store deliveries Help maintain an organized inventory and work area Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse projects as needed Follow established procedures and instructions from the Buying Team What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Organized with strong attention to detail Able to follow directions and established processes Comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-focused tasks Able to stay focused while working independently Positive and willing to work as part of a team Comfortable learning scanners and basic inventory procedures Interested in fashion, boutiques, retail operations, or working behind the scenes of a growing business Previous retail, stockroom, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the workday Ability to open boxes, unpack merchandise, and organize inventory Ability to bend, reach, and use a step stool when needed Ability to safely lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 pounds Schedule and Compensation Full-time position

Pay:

$17-$18 per hour, based on experience
