Warehouse Inventory Associate (SAP)
Pay:
$19.00/hour
Shift:
2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Join a Leading Warehouse Team! Are you experienced in inventory control, SAP, and warehouse operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate (SAP) to support inventory accuracy, material movement, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on organization, problem-solving, and working collaboratively across departments to ensure materials are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Pull and stage materials for work orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring SAP system records align with physical inventory. Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Receive, stock, issue, and transfer materials according to established procedures. Support shipping and receiving operations, including documentation and system updates. Process inventory transactions in SAP, ERP, and other warehouse management systems. Coordinate with Production Control, Manufacturing, and Material Planning teams to support operational needs. Fulfill urgent material requests, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requirements. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office applications to maintain inventory records and reporting. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Identify and resolve inventory and material flow issues through effective problem-solving and collaboration. Required Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory control, shipping, or receiving experience. Experience working with
SAP, ERP
systems, Oracle, or similar inventory management software. Hands-on experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Strong computer and data entry skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with multiple departments. Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a strong sense of urgency. Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures. High school diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and materials management processes. Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments. Ability to quickly learn new warehouse systems and technologies. Why Apply?
