Air-Conditioned Warehouse Now Hiring! We are seeking a detail-oriented Aviation Material Handler / Quality Inspector to join our team in Doral, FL. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, or aviation parts experience looking for a stable first-shift position with long-term growth potential. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming aviation parts and materials Verify part numbers, quantities, condition, and supporting documentation Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records Report inventory discrepancies and quality concerns Stock incoming materials and warehouse supplies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company quality and safety procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least 1 year of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or aviation parts experience Experience with shipping and receiving processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Forklift experience is a plus Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, ISO, or AS standards is a plus What We Offer âś… Contract-to-hire opportunity âś… Stable first-shift schedule âś… Air-conditioned warehouse environment âś… Opportunity to grow within the aviation industry âś… Work with a globally recognized aviation supply chain organization Additional Information Steel-toe shoes are required on your first day Employees who convert to permanent status after 90 days may receive up to $80 reimbursement for steel-toe shoes Apply today with your updated resume to be considered for an immediate interview! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
