Job Description
We're looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our team at Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge in Edisto Beach! The Inventory Clerk plays a key role in supporting resort operations by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of inventory. This position maintains organized inventory areas, monitors stock levels, and helps ensure departments have the supplies needed to operate efficiently, while following all safety, company, and loss prevention standards. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and invoices Record inventory transactions accurately in inventory management systems Maintain organized and clearly labeled storage areas Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or variances Issue supplies and materials to departments as requested Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items Assist with ordering and replenishment of inventory Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention standards Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform Physical Requirements Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job Benefits We offer excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.
