Job Description

division is currently seeking a Correlator - Storeroom (2nd Shift). The rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. This position is eligible for a variable pay incentive plan. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you'll do: In the Correlator role, responsibilities include processing, counting, and correlating all purchased parts in the assigned area. This position utilizes programs such as AS400, DMM, and Enovia to identify parts, conducts inventory counts using the ABC method, and supports Planners and Buyers by providing accurate storeroom inventory information.- Correlate material by performing daily cycle counts.
- Review and update material status with Leads, Planners, Buyers, Supervisors, and Managers.
- Utilize computer systems—including Microsoft Office tools, AS400, Enovia, and the Turnback system—to maintain material control.
- Process surplus, rejected, and defective material in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate a forklift while following all required safety protocols.
- Resolve inventory issues by counting, identifying, and labeling items.
- Review and update inventory status based on ABC methodology.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required)- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
- Industrial manufacturing experience
- Experience using hand and air tools
- Experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (e.g., forklift)
- Basic computer and technology skills.

Preferred:
- South Carolina Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or an equivalent credential.
Position Criteria:
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime to support business needs.
- Ability to use various hand tools to assemble components and verify quality in a Lean manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with persuasive and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in a team‑oriented environment. Physical Demands (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):

- Reach at or above shoulder level; use hands to handle, feel, and grip materials or tools.
- Stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull as part of regular job duties.
